I have enjoyed my 2 purchases with BEARPAW Shoes.

The fit is sometimes not consistent. Very hard to buy shoes on line because I can't try them on and frequently have to return them. My shoe size is usually a 10 medium. But sometimes I wear a 9-1/2. Hard to guess.

You need to have a better return policy. I sent an email multiple times before my clogs were sent out the door that I wanted a different color but you refused. Again this was BEFORE the order was through the door. I took my business to UGGS.

Lies. Even after I called and was told that your website wasn’t updated…..and I pointed out the tags and stickers on your products didn’t match…… they are still wrong! Feel free to let me know if you come to your senses and use natural materials inside as well as out.
