I have never felt so let down by an online retailer. Dub5 Apparel's lack of accountability and their hostile customer service have proven to me that they do not deserve anyone's business. They were quick to take my $200, but when their shipping process failed, they refused to fix the problem and treated me terribly in the process. This kind of experience is unacceptable and I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. Bottom Line: Stay far away from Dub5 Apparel. I strongly warn others not
