Customer service making excuses on returns offering a measly 10% refund or discount in another order rather than a full refund and return which is LAW if something isnt as described.

Wouldn't recommend this drop shipping company. Poor quality shoe. TBh.. one could deal with a cheap shoe. But add very poor costumer service and unwilling to return funds despite their policy... i can only say - shop at your own peril. Customer service is key. If it wasn't for Paypal protection i would not have got my money back.

I am very, very disappointed. The return service has been disgraceful. I started my return process 3 weeks ago and have NOT received my refund, despite the shoes being delivered to the warehouse last week. I will not be recommending HobiBear shoes to any of my friends. Please rectify this situation.

Why?

No returns as in China!!! But that isn't made obvious as it fronts as a UK based company. My shoes were too big and contacted customer services who didn't reply. On my 2nd attempt I was told they don't do returns and offered a partial refund and sell shoes to a friend. I wasn't satisfied and then I was offered a replacement pair....none in my selected size so a half size down is what I was promised but they still haven't arrived

Good day, I am writing a review about the shoes I purchased. Yes, they are wide enough, which is what I expected and that pleases me. I also have some negative comments about them. I will list three minuses: 1. The sole of the shoe is very hard - it almost does not bend. 2. The shoelace lock loosens when walking, it is not strong enough to fix the foot in the shoe. 3. The tongue of the shoe falls to one side when walking. I am very disappointed with my purchase. I will not buy your products agai
