I absolutely love the quality of the leggings I received — they are well made, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for in terms of fit and feel. The product itself did not disappoint. However, shipping did take longer than expected. Additionally, your FAQs state that customers can email support to request order changes. I reached out the same day I placed my order but did not receive a response until about three days later. At that point, I was advised it was too late to make any changes

I love the brand. I do think the sizing is a little inconsistent as it relates to jackets and coats, and I think it takes customer service a little more time then id expect to get back to you however they do get back to you when they are very solution oriented.
