Customer Service FAIL. Ordered print of our recently deceased fur baby. The print arrived with the name Buddy on the tag & our dogs name is Gracie. That name was not on our dogs tag when I created the order. Requested a replacement & you said no because I had already approved the print & it was delivered. Unfortunately, I can’t prove that Buddy wasn’t showing on the print I approved because you don’t get a digital copy of the approved print once you order it. Will never purchase from you again.
