If I could give zero stars, I would. A product advertised to ship in days never arrived after more than four weeks. Customer service was non-existent, communication was awful, and every update required me to chase them down. Even after acknowledging problems with the shipment, they made no serious effort to make things right. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
