It took two months at my initiation to get any information as to why I hadn’t received nor heard anything about my order! The response was that color matching of gems/ pearls takes time—- what a lie the real reason was that it was coming from China which having known that I would not have ordered us when I researched the company, no mention of China was given. I feel I was duped and the company is dishonest and deceitful ! I hope others find this helpful and consider not using your company !
