My expectation was a true 70% hair density, but the product I received was far too thick and heavy. When I attempted to adjust it using thinning shears, the hair actually appeared even more dense instead of lighter. While I appreciate that the hair texture itself was smooth, the sheer volume makes it unusable for me. Due to this issue with density and representation, I will not be purchasing from your company again
