For some reason I am being sent another pair of shoes that I did not order. I will now have to return them once received. There is nowhere in my order history showing I actually ordered these shoes. What is more disturbing is that the difference in the cost of the shoes I am returning and the shoes that are apparently being sent is now a gift card for Lonza. This is an unfortunate experience.
