Sfigure has a great email response time…which is super efficient! However, I waited over a month for the second part of my order. I was the one who suggested they ship the available items first and send the delayed item separately later. The first shipment arrived within a week, which was great, but the second kept getting postponed week after week until I finally received everything more than a month later. If they fix this aspect, everything would be incredible!
