I’ve been shopping with The Vault by Sacha for about 5 or 6 years now and have always been impressed with the customer service and quality of the items. I was previously active duty Army and was shopping while be overseas and there was never any issues. However, I’m extremely disappointed in how my claim for my stolen package is being handled. A few years back, this package protection wasn’t a thing, so now that this process is put in place, I would assume that quickly rectify issues.
