It was super easy to do. The process of picking things. I sent a pic with cropped photos of a jacket from my late FIL and they were able to replicate it for me and it definitely made it more personalble. I’m extremely disappointed in the doll sent. From the time I placed the order, I included every detail that I wanted on the doll. From her tan skin, the color of the turtleneck sweater to the small red mole under her eye that was not captured. I also emailed more than once letting you know I was not satisfied with the final product and all I got was a “sorry” instead of trying to fix it. This is something that I have been wanting to do for a very long time to give to somebody as a gift, and now I don’t even want to give it to them. The doll does not look like the picture I sent.
