Pamela is excellent! I had a great experience working with Pamela! She is incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the product. She took the time to work with me on design color for my Cavalier King Charles. It was a fun experience! I only hope Bonefly brings back the original leash design... the one with the slidable grip and zipper compartment. It was a such a convenient and well-thought out style!

See previous post - customer service has been horrendous. Pamela is non responsive, and is refusing to send me the return slip to return the package and get my refund. And on the rare occasion that I do get a reply, there are typos and I am struggling to decipher what the email even says
