Took a long time to find a customer support email address that worked. Your websites haven’t been updated in years and had information about the
previous mug company. While I was able to sign up for rumble premium, the instructions were vague and no expectations were set as to how long it would take to receive the mug, (2 months) so I kept thinking I did something wrong during the onboarding, and after finding support I was told “you will receive it in due time”, no other instructions…
