i had really high hopes for this brand and now i’m just disappointed. the customer experience is absolutely horrible. 1st look at their policy and realize it’s only exchange. 2nd realize everything is always sold out. 3rd know that if you contact them, even though you initiated the exchange, it will take them at least 14 days to get back to you and you may not be eligible. don’t buy from haus. there’s plenty other good workout brands
