I ordered a M and it was too tight, so I followed the return and replacement instructions to get a size L. HAUS received my return over 3 weeks ago (confirmed by tracking), however I have not received my replacement items. I've reached out to support over 10 times with no response. I even had to resort to dm'ing them on instagram to try to get someone to answer, with no luck. They took my money and I have nothing to show for it. 0/100. Horrible company.
