I did the trial for 7 days until you charge me...you charged my card not even 12 hours later. Thats pretty bad especially if you're promoting "try before you buy" I'm very particular about the fit of a tank and I'm never sure if I'll like them so the option was attractive, until you charged me right away...probably won't shop your brand again.
