The discount code I received via text was hard to use/not intuitive. I had to go back and restart adding to the cart a couple times in order for it to properly show up when I did finally complete the order I noticed that my size selected was wrong (it had defaulted to small when I had previously been putting in medium). I had to submit for an exchange and go through shipping, I still have not heard back on my order even though I shipped the item back last week.

Did 2 exchanges which was a frustrating and confusing process and the shirts still didn’t quite fit. I assume it’s intentional that they don’t state clearly in the order process that there are no refunds and only store credit/exchanges until you actually try to process a return, which feels shady and misleading at best.
