I paid $20 for express shipping, to arrive in 1-3 business days. I placed the order 4/19, it arrived 4/25. If you can’t meet the expedited delivery timeframe, don’t offer that service. I’ve had to email 6-7 times to even get a response. Shockingly, they refuse to even refund the shipping cost. Atrocious customer service.

I’ve had two purchase experiences. The first my package was never delivered and I couldn’t get the people at Haus to give me any answers. They claimed it was held up in shipping and it took two months to get the package. The second purchase, I’m needing to exchange shorts for a smaller size an I’ve gotten no communication from Haus on timing of the return. I had an exchange on the exact same day with ASRV and they’ve sent emails to let me know when my package will arrive.
