The delivery service you can use to use is horrible. Leaving packages outside of apartment gates in the street. My first package was stolen. I advised Haus I’d rather have a refund or deliver with a different service. Haus did not reply and simply sent through Jitsu without advising. Package was left again in the street, thankfully a neighbor grabbed it for me. Also, I ordered a black half zip sweater, but got green. I sent an email but have had no reply. Customer service is lacking with Haus.
