Took longer to arrive than expected.

I didn't get my full order and have been trying to have it resolved with no luck, as I am traveling very soon!

Happy with the purchasing process, but felt the delivery was slow

Horrible experience, did not receive what I ordered and can not get a response from Spotminders for a return/refund! Phone number tells you to send email which I did and still waiting after a week with NO response!!

I have a totally dead Luggage Tag sold to me by your company. No follow up from support

The tracker itself seems fine so far but it doesnt seem toprovide live tracking only everly 10/15 minutes or so. What I found disappointing was that the delivery process is slow compared to other items i have bought overseas and it seems like you hold it up on purpose so you can promote other products and you send endless emails trying to sell me additional items which i then see for less on instagram. There was a promised special gift that turns out I have to buy something else to get it.

Ordering through the website was simple, self explanatory and great discount options for the purchasing more than one.

Purchase was straight forward although I was confused as to whether they came with chargers or it was necessary to buy chargers separately or not at all.

Shopping was great but the shipping took longer than expected, I didn’t get to take it on my trip!🤨
