Much much communication up front after purchasing the product but then as time went on…….nothing. I had to figure out that it was a two week delivery window with no communication the last week.

Saw it first on Instagram. Went to your webpage to buy it.

I love it so much and I know exactly where my wallet is and where my suitcase is when I travel

dishonest marketing coupled with multiple attempts to dissuade me from returning the product. just not a good experience

Is there any customer support?

Everything was exactly as ordered. Delivery is not as fast as Amazon but I like to deal directly with the company producing new products.

Beside being flat which makes it work in a wallet, it also has a re chargeable battery.

They are right on it with emails from boss making sure everything is ok very good customer service well done to your company

The shipping took longer than I expected although there were plenty of updates on its location. Most like straight from a warehouse in China. It was packaged well and delivery was good. Needs directional tracking and better location updating. I would sacrifice battery life for that feature.
