Overall, I had a very positive experience. The only reason it is not 5 stars is due to some of the packaging being incredibly difficult to remove. One of the chains I purchased was in this incredibly tight plastic that took forever to take off. In the future, please consider not using packaging that is extremely difficult to remove for the jewelry
