Easy peasy.

This is a small company that really cares about their products and their customers. If you have a question someone is picking up the phone to respond. We are big fans and I recently learned that someone stayed in a hotel and the coulee system was in his room. Best plastic free system ever!

Accurate description

When we first got it, we had a little issue but customer service was on top of it.

I ordered my Swirl from the website, along with a few different flavors of coffee. I love the OG, and the She-devil especially. I have also used the filters with some ground coffee. Love it

I had hunted and researched for .months almost giving up find best coffee maker that would be free of plastics and mold. Then one day on youtube I found Coulee Coffee commercial and I knew it would be perfect and easy to use. I highly recommend if you want clean no toxic coffee.

Seamless ordering and delivery timing. I would like to see a more thoughtful design that makes less noise and has a higher quality main switch. You are paying three to four times what a pot brewing system at Walmart would cost. And you are paying that with the understanding that the water touches no plastic throughout the brewing process. Is that worth three to four times more? It was to me. However, a more thoughtful design would have made a bigger statement.
