It was fairly easy

Never shipped my items and refuse to refund me.

Slow shipping, quality is low, not a very impressive experience at all. Glad I only spent $85. Will never shop here again.

The purchase was esy and smooth.

I’m loving most of the pieces I purchased. I had a great experience with customer service when I requested this replacement bracelet for mine that broke. I was very disappointed though, when I noticed the new bracelet has stainless steel spots showing through.

The website was a little wonky but I will absolutely shop there again.

Would never recommend

Everything in my bundle was great. Only one small issue with the ankle bracelet. The charm fell off and it's so dainty that it's hard to put back on. But everything else has been great so far!

the items were not at all what they were advertised and a lot of the pieces do not look like they were advertised online

I purchased seven items. They all looked great! Out of the seven, 2 of the items seemed a little lightweight (the metal needed to be a little sturdier). But I’m still happy with my purchase.

The color is too yellow/orange but I still like the quality, they are absolutely water proof.

Great experience and move jewelry

I really liked my jewelry but all the rings run VERY small. I bought 4 rings and can really only wear one of them on a ring finger because they are all way too much. Lovely necklaces!

Took a long time to arrive.

Took three weeks for my order to arrive and when I wanted to do an exchange, they offered me half of what I paid for the items.

So easy to go through purchasing them and they look amazing!

My only problem was the length of time it took to get the products. It took weeks! Nearly a month.

A big disappointment.

Shipping took a little longer than expected in “prime” environment but seems to be worth the wait. Packaging was beautiful as well.

Other items are perfectly as expected

I loved all my pieces and the shipping was prompt. Packaging is good too as everything was packed carefully in nice reasonable storable bags. Will be a returning customer.

Love it

The selections were great the other pieces I loved it’s just the two I received two pieces where the clasp were broken so I tossed them. I took it to a jewelry store and it would cost me more to get it repaired than what the bracelet cost.

Very normal experience. I ordered and received the jewelry. It arrived faster than I expected.

Only complaint is that in the video each piece comes in its own plastic bag and mine came all shoved in one bag together causing my necklace to tangle a bit but other than that all pieces look like great quality.

I had to return some peices, process went smoothly

The jewelry is very low quality very gold- I’ve already had an anklet and necklace break and haven’t worn them more than an hour. Very disappointed. It look a long time to ship- this feels like a scam

Overall, I am very pleased with all but one of my selections and enjoy wearing the ones I chose to buy. I felt the one I didn't like looked different than what pictured is only reason for wanting to return that one piece.

Website difficult to use . Had to re enter my order multiple times . but otherwise good

I liked most of the items but the double earrings never fit right and the jellyfish necklace wasn’t what I expected from my first order

Nice choices but careful- some necklaces are too small. You need to list the actual length of every necklace.
