Easy great price and most of the time, quality of product is great.

My overall experience has been great with this company. In my first order, I had a couple anklets break within a couple weeks of wearing them. I reached out to the company and they replaced them immediately. Very good customer service.

Most of the pieces I received were beautiful and hold up really well for daily wear.

The clasp on one of the bracelets I ordered came broken. I sent a picture to their customer service team and they resolved my issue quickly and sent me a new one. I’m very impressed with their customer service.

Ordering was easy. The shipping took a long time, and my daughter wore the ankle bracelet twice and it snapped in half

Shipping was swift but overall unhappy with color of metal. Rings look inexpensive and fake. Anklets are ok.

Amazing customer service and the jewelry is top notch

Shipping took forever and tracking wasn’t working. When I finally got the earrings they were nice and shiny gold but a dull gold and the were much heavier than expected.

I’m a little disappointed with one bracelet that doesn’t fit. The earrings make my ears itch so bad I can’t wear them

Shipping takes almost a month. More simple, not beachy-themed, earrings and necklaces would be great.

I truly love all the pieces ! I was not much of gold person but since trying my first piece I’ve now ordered another set !

Ordered a number of items and only like one necklace. Everything looks tarnished and cheap.

All the jeweley is very poor quality and cheap looking compared to what it looks like one Instagram in the ads. Cannot believe I paid 78$ plus shipping for 7 pieces of super cheap jewelry all of which except two pieces have broken.

I loved all other products and I think you get a pretty good deal when you can catch it! The products are very pretty and I would definitely purchase more in the future if these turn out good in the long run.

Shipping took forever. The gold color is way too brassy. The pieces are still pretty but I can’t get over the color. The bracelet I ordered couldn’t fit so it’s a waste of money to me. Quite disappointed.

Shopping experience was great! The jewelry got here in decent time! However, when it arrived my ring had sticky stuff all over it and some of my jewelry was really dull and dirty for some reason.

Waste of money. Very disappointed.

I had no issues with shipping or my order. Everything came in a pretty timely manner, considering it came from China. All of my items were great quality, I even waited a few weeks to review so I could give the best review. I would absolutely buy from Louise Carter again, and probably will.

There was no communication and not all of the order arrived.

Felt a bit scammy, but I did receive my items after several weeks. However I can’t even get them in my ears!

I have no idea how you can make such high-quality pieces at such a reasonable price. I’ve absolutely loved the things I’ve purchased.

5 out of the 7 are good. The rings metal is to thin and uncomfortable the prongs that hold the stones in keep snagging my dresses.

They were helpful.

4 of the 7 pieces were not to my liking, the quality is not as described and two items arrived broken. For jewelry that can withstand elements described, they didn't survive the shipment from the warehouse to me.

Took awhile to arrive and the box was smashed but the jewellery was not harmed
