I don't know the number but a quarter pound of some other flour I got was dry and you know didn't have no really much color today either at all cuz I guess the color when it you know maybe it was older or something I don't know it wasn't it was loud I think essential or premium not sure I'm just curious if you have to order you know the premium or something or the supreme or whatever it is a lot more expensive to get the fresh stuff that's the way you guys sort it you know when he gets old then
