Everything I ordered got shipped to me in an excellent timely manner, a lot quicker than I thought it would. The only thing I can honestly say is try something different with packaging when you ship flower other than plastic because it smelt very bad when I opened the plastic bags but the product was great. Just maybe try shipping in something else that doesn't waft a nasty smell in your face when you open the bag. I'm not being offensive just saying exactly what I like and don't like
