My first time with fake lashes: I didn't know what to expect getting these lashes, besides the videos that I had seen on Facebook about how awesome they are. When the lashes arrived, immediately open the box and checked everything out and tried to figure out how to put them on. There's a how to step by step written instruction on the back of the box but I was really looking for a video, a URL to a video, a short video even, would have been nice. I also went on to their website and I couldn't find a how-to. I think my expectations on how to apply the lashes and how to care for the lashes we're definitely missed. As soon as lashes arrived I opened up the box and tried to figure out how to apply the lashes. The first application went very well. I love the way that they look the way they felt. Actually ended up going to bed with that pair and in the morning when I woke up to wash my face off they came right off, lol nowhere on the packaging did it say do not get them wet do not put cleanser or oil-based products onto the lashes. As a first time fake lash wear, I had no idea that that was a thing. I feel like my first pair was wasted because I didn't have these important instructions. After the first application, it started getting a little tricky because the tweezers would start to get the glue on them and therefore would cause the lashes to stick more to the tweezer than to my eyelashes. I use the oil base remover that was included to help remove the glue from the tweezers, but it just took way too long to get the glue removed from the tweezers. So after the first application, the second and third application is just took a little bit longer than necessary. Maybe a how to apply and how to care for all of your instruments and your lashes for longer extension of use would really benefit this company and newbies like me.
