i have been using this product for the past 3 weeks. I have psoriasis, and seborrheic dermatitis. It definitely has helped to reduce the redness, burning sensation but not fully effective for white flakes. It has definitely reduced the flakes by 30% but not 100%. I presume it will take a bit longer to cure the flakes. I use the serum and balm together for 3 times a day or whenever i feel like it is going to flare up. I definitely will buy it again and do recommend it.
