When the heels were not put in my shoes properly, I told them about it. They wanted to send me to send pictures which I tried to do, but it’s pretty hard to get the back of the heel to show up and then they would not respond to me. The first pair I ever had were wonderful. The last four were not I won’t be buying them again.
