They need to have more contact during the time that you order to the time that were you receive your shipping there was never any updates at all it always just showed ordered. Everything else that I ordered through shop shows every step of the way where it is.

I ordered my size, but all 3 pair ran small. I contacted customer support and was advised to keep the too small shoes and new ones in a larger size would be sent after I paid $20 for shipping of the replacements. I realize there is an expense for shipping and handling, so this was acceptable. However, I changed one pair color/style (white) because end of summer season is upon us, and I won't be able to wear white shoes for some time, plus they did not appear to be as well made as the other two.
