Shipping timeline unacceptable for modern ecomm business based out of Aus. Ordered 19 Jan got it 3 Feb When the product comes out of the packaging you realise what you're buying is a piece of fake leather with barely any manufacturing - had to even tie the cords my self (which is fine but just added to the overall cheapening of the product )

Was expecting a higher quality feel to the folio. Otherwise satisfactory. Customer service and delivery was abysmal.

My shipment was delayed and I had to chase it up. However, the response I got was really quick and the issue was fixed straight away, so thank you for that!

Love the products here. The folios are soft to touch and very nicely tactile. The notebooks have a feeling of crispness that is also very satisfying when turning the pages.

It took a very long time to arrive which I understand was because of floods but the New Year had well and truly started before I got my diaries and I didn’t find enough resources on the website to help me understand how to use them. They sent me made well enough but I also don’t like that the instruction page is permanently in there. Would be much better if that could easily tear out or it was separate seems very messy to leave that there.
