This is my second big purchase from Creator's Friend. The product arrived in a timely manner and was as advertised. Quality is fantasic and I will not hesitate to order again in the future.

Reasonably timely postage (could be quicker but I know small business means juggling), and received in good order. It felt like care was taken with the monogramming and packaging.

The Website is easy to navigate and a pleasure to use! It is so easy to put in my order! The communication is prompt, helpful and friendly!

The shipping process took longer than expected but I understand it's a small business that is very popular and also situated quite a distance away.

The website was easy to navigate, everything I wanted was is stock, and I’m really happy with my order. It did take quite a while to ship, and then there were some issues with AusPost (not Creator’s Friend’s fault! But still impacted the full experience) but the customer service was amazing and they sorted everything and I’m happy.
