I don't usually write this, hopefully it's helpful customer service feedback. I love the company-I just think that with it being around Christmas time it was sort of a black-hole of communication with regards to when I'd get the order. I think another email saying 'hey, it's on it's way, we're still packing - it's been a busy time, sorry for any delay'. I forgot I'd ordered it and then it was a surprise to finally get it. It's sort of put me off ordering again.Hope this comment helps.

Reporting in from the Midwest (US) here -- CF's shipping has gotten SO much better. They even came through during the holidays! One suggestion for a future notebook: a Cleaning Friend? I've seen so many ads for ADHD cleaning planners and thought, wouldn't it be cool if CF had those instead?

The products are beautiful, I find them super functional too. I love that you can go online and find the video tutorials and that each book comes with the instructions/ideas on how to use each book and spread.
