I have no choice but to leave a one-star review. My package was stolen, and when I contacted Minky Couture customer service, I was extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled.
The company offers what appears to be shipping insurance for lost or stolen packages, which led me to believe I would be covered if something went wrong. Instead, I was simply told that UPS marked the package as delivered. However, the delivery photo only shows the front of my house—there isn’t even a package
