Originally, I'd purchased the size 42. (I'd followed the sizing instructions.). This turned out to be too big, and because I'm loosing weight, I decided to return it for a smaller size 40. Hank's staff was very friendly, personable, and accommodating. The lady e-mailed me a complimentary return shipping label and exchanged sizes for me without any hassle. In fact, I'm sure I got the replacement belt even before they received my return because I got it within four days.
