Bracelet broke on first day of use. Email the company three times but have not been responded to in regards to a replacement or a refund. Not happy with customer support. They sent me three surveys and unfortunately I don't have anything good to report. Item was pretty and came in a nice packaging but unfortunately broke immediately and customer service not very good.
