I emailed the company a few days before Christmas. I not only did not receive my item on time, but when I tried to track it there was no record of my order. Again, not happy with an overseas order when I was not aware it was coming from there until much later after the purchase. I was pleasantly surprised that I did receive an email response within 24hours. That was good business, in my opinion.
