This finch was delivered almost a month after ordering and arrived defective. The nose and mouth piece on the head was sewn on backwards. I contacted customer service and they only refunded part of what was charged to my card. They refused to refund the rest.
I would give them negative stars if I could. Plus I ordered two finches ( one for me and one for my daughter). The second arrived nearly a month and a half after ordering. It looks sooo cheap. I will never trust them again.
