The product itself was wonderful! It keeps my drinks warm, and it's very cute and high quality. However, receiving the item was a huge undertaking. The item wasn't included in my original order (which already took a while to get to me), so I reached out to support to get this fixed. They took over a week to respond to me, and they said they had processed my replacement. I waited for over 2 weeks, and it still hasn't shipped out. They had to process ANOTHER replacement, and I finally received it after waiting for 3+ weeks.
