They do not respond to emails. And gave an incorrect time to ship but because this is a small business, I can’t see myself giving them anything less than a 5 star and another chance to make it better as I do any other business. Yall got this, get someone on those emails to respond. I was worried for a second. I ddi get my Silkening Mist and it was great. As time go on and as their business grow(and it will) they will get some things in place for customer service. Good luck with everything and I will order more.
