Tried to exchange bag Took 1.5 hrs waiting to get a customer service representative to respond. I exchanged bag but kept organizational pouch. They then sent me another pouch. I Tried several times to reach out to customer service again with no response. And I was told that I would get a discount on reordering upgraded bag but when I was charged no discounts where applied. Very disappointed in customer service!
