I have sent two emails regarding returning the dress, but no one has responded yet. Meanwhile, I keep receiving emails asking me to leave a review. Very poor customer service. I can only return the dress within 14 days. The store is simply wasting those 14 days by keeping me waiting, and later they will probably say, "Sorry, the 14-day return period has expired." This has been an extremely frustrating experience and very disappointing customer service.
