I loved my first pair. After 2 or so years they were ready for replacement. The new pair carrying the same has a completely different bottom and feels less flexible. I feel cheated that I wasn’t informed they have changed. Lem’s has done a good job with the primal, primal 2 and primal 3 models. It allows me the customer to know it’s different and think about if we want it still.

I love these comfortable, podiatrist-recommended shoes, but the customer service was disappointing.
