Shopping was fine when shoe were in stock. I waited a while for my style and size to be available.

Easy to navigate and find the shoe I wanted. Great size/fit advice. Easy ordering and checkout.

Easy. No issues navigating the website. They are low on size 14 stock though on the good looking Bramfords. The ugly light brown ones need to go. They look like poop.

I like the two ways of verifying the size.

Shipping is a little slow compared to the ultra-fast shipping of some competitors, but it is reasonable and they communicate well.

My husband and I converted to zero drop, wide toe box shoes about 8 years ago and that's all we wear now. We live in a warm climate so we mostly wear sandals but I began training to play Pickleball and needed a pair of tennis shoes. I find minimalist shoes to be very unattractive, usually synthetic and extremely cheap looking, though spendy. That is until I came across Birchberry tennis shoes. They looked very classy with the tan back tab and all leather construction so I decided To give them a try. I wasn't disappointed. Had to wait 2 months for my size to be available

It was a little frustrating at first because they were out of stock for a while. But I checked and they said they would be available by September 1st. They were still out of stock at that time, but my wife checked regularly to see when they would be available again and when they were we snagged them up quick before they sold out again. Now I'm happy.

standard stuff, you sent me a shipping link, but it didn't have info for few days till UPS got the package, that was a little confusing, somehow it should show that Birchbury hasn't given UPS the package clearly so I know what's happening.

This is a great company. I have already bought many shoes from here and I will continue to buy shoes from Birchbury.

Had to return the original pair due to size. The return/exchange process was very easy. They did a great job getting the new label to me and logging in the return so I could get the correct pair in hand. Great support, terrific product.
