The only criticism I have is about the packaging. It was not a box. It was a bubble wrap envelope, with the bubbles inside. The portrait was not damaged, however, there were many slits and cuts to the packaging and luckily they did not cause any damage to the portrait itself. One corner had a hole in it and you could get your finger inside the package and touch the portrait.
