Customer Service was great, when I asked about "differences", They stated the sample on the website is "a TEMPORARY SAMPLE and may not represent the final product". I wasn't happy about this as that's the reason for the order (to get what you see) but overall, 95% of what you see as the sample is what you get. Just be aware the hair color is NOT as depicted in the sample photo. It still a pretty purple it's just really really dark purple. Still a nice picture and quality.
