Really awful experience! I was demanding a refund but no response. Impossible to talk to any one from customer service even when they claim they are in service 24/7. They answer at night which tells me they are from another country with a time difference.
Continued emails for a gift message request disregarded by customer service and finally shipped frame without sending a digital copy and my final approval. So frustrating!!
