Loved the products I’ve gotten from BASED. Spent extra money for “expedited shipping” and it look longer than what I paid for. Not worth spending the extra money for expedited shipping. Emailed customer service and they weren’t able to help with why my order was taking longer than what I paid for. Shipping and customer service can be better but I love the products.
