I used the size chart for both harness I ordered and neither were suitable. Then when I wanted to exchange one of them for a larger one, I was told you don’t do exchanges in Europe. Also in your return section it said it would cost 5 euros to return my package and it cost me 9.90 and if I wanted tracking it would be 16! The customer service person was helpful, but took a while for a reply. Overall, not a great experience so far.
